Services provided:
Women's Health Clinic: Services provided include pap test, clinical breast exams, pregnancy testing and general well women health care. Screening mammograms are offered periodically. Occasionally there are additional clinics scheduled.
Women's Clinic hours: The third Monday and first Tuesday of each month doors open at 4 PM. Please call 317-819-0772 ext. 8 for an appointment.
