Family Medicine, Pediatric Medicine, Adolescent Medicine, Prenatal Care, HIV/AIDS treatment and counseling services, women's health, school/work physicals, annual physical exams, prescription assistance program.
Women's Health Care
A complete range of gynecological services including family planning services, annual physicals, breast examinations, and general health education are available.
Dental Care
Services include examinations, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, and extractions. Most dental insurances are accepted and discounted fees are available for those who qualify.
The minimum fee for uninsured clients is $20. this amount is due and payable at each clinic visit. The remaining balance is determined by whether or not the client qualifies for a sliding fee scale discount. This discount is based on verification of an individual's income and household size. Community health Centers are not free clinics and are actually required to charge a minimum fee when services are not covered by an insurance plan and to collect monies due for services rendered to its clients.
