We are a free clinic for the uninsured poor located in Homestead, Florida.
Mission: "To provide free primary healthcare, diagnostics and educational services for adults, children and teens in a caring, compassionate teaching environment through collaboration".Open Door Health Center is a not-for-profit organization operating under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations are gratefully accepted.Open Door Health Center is a primary healthcare center dedicated to serving the uninsured poor of South Dade at no cost to them.
The services provided include:
Adult Care Women's Care, Pediatric Care, Podiatric Care Diagnostic Services, such as lab work, x-rays, pap smears, and mammograms are available Educational Services for adults, children, and teens Treatments, such as medications for chronic illnesses and immunization.
The Prescription for Health Diabetes Program
Women's Health Program
Enhance Fitness Program.
In addition to the above services, secondary healthcare is provided by community volunteer specialist physicians.

Wednesdays 9 AM - 5 PM
Thursdays 9 AM - 5 PM
Fridays 9 AM - 5 PM
Saturdays 8 AM - 12 noon
Closed 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM daily for lunch
