Our Mission:
To provide basic medical and dental care, diagnostic services and prescription drugs to low income, uninsured residents of Brunswick County and to enhance the quality of life, while preserving the privacy and dignity of every patient.
Eligibility:
Monday 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
Thursday 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm (1st four Thursdays)
Must be resident of Brunswick County, No Insurance, No Medicaid, No Medicare, Income within 150% of Federal Poverty Guidelines, Age 18+.
Medical Diagnosis & Treatment:
1st four Thursdays of each month
