(FHC) is a non-profit corporation.FHC bills Passport, Medicaid and Medicare as well as private insurance for patients with coverage. Patients who are not covered by public or private insurance will be charged on a Sliding Fee Scale which takes into account the family's size and income level. FHC relies on funding from the federal Community Health Centers and Health Care for the Homeless programs and from Louisville Metro government to help cover the cost of services provided to the uninsured.
