Today's Women
Today's women are bimonthly workshops only for women, discussing various health topics including women and family health, mental health, behavioral health, etc. They workshops are designed to increase awareness and knowledge of the community women attending to potentially facilitate positive change in their own personal health decisions. Free Mammograms
Through this project, Golden Gate provides free mammograms to low-income and uninsured women living in West Phoenix, and provides 500 women with breast health education and information through workshops and health fairs. All women who have abnormal mammogram results receive follow-up case management to ensure they receive affordable breast health care. (Funded by Fry's)
