Your screening mammogram will be done by Rolling Oaks Radiology in Thousand Oaks. Rolling Oaks generously provides CFC with discounted prices so that we can help as many women as possible.
The clinics offered are:
General family and individual health services
We provide primary and preventative health care services, chronic disease management, smoking cessation classes, diabetic and nutrition education.
Pediatric Clinics
Clinics are available for illness, school exams & well-child/baby services for children up to 18 years of age. These services include school required immunizations.
Women's general health care
In addition to primary health services, women's health services include full physical exams, pap tests, labs and mammograms.
Immunization Clinics
Services include childhood vaccinations. We also provide certain adult immunizations. We hold special clinics for community-wide influenza inoculations.
